Cardinal FG, an established glass manufacturer in Menomonie, WI is looking for motivated and reliable employees to work in a state of the art continuous production environment.
Production technician in a glass manufacturing facility.
Job duties will include: fork truck driving, operating robotics and other automated glass packing lines, manually handling glass, preparing glass orders for shipment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must be 18 years of age to apply
- High School Diploma or GED desired
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
- Demonstrate a solid work ethic through diligent effort, good decision making, functioning as a good team player

- Competitive starting wage of $22/hr. Wage increases (based on successful performance evaluations) after first 90 days and at six-month intervals.

JOB EXPECTATIONS
- Ability to learn the four core jobs
- Glass Handler - packs glass onto racks
- Fork Truck Driving - operate industrial vehicles in a variety of applications
- Closer - closes racks of glass using various packaging materials
- Automation line operator - operates and monitors the automation/robotic equipment
- Read a tape measure to the nearest 1/32”
- Have clear command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to navigate on a computer in a windows-based environment
- Commitment to working safely, producing quality products, and meeting production schedules.
